This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed for users who visit tintorialavanderiaglemsec.com and fill in the contact form.

2. Data collected

Through the "Request a quote" form we collect the following data, voluntarily provided by the user:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business/property (if applicable)
• Customer type and content of the request

Through the "Welcome offer" popup we collect the email address voluntarily provided by the user in order to send the requested discount code.

The site may also collect technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, browser type) through integrated third-party services (Google Maps, Google Fonts) — see also our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

• Responding to information and quote requests sent through the contact form
• Managing the resulting business correspondence
• Sending the discount code requested through the "Welcome offer" popup
• Complying with any legal obligations

If the user gives optional and separate consent when requesting the discount code, the email address may also be used to send promotional communications (e.g. offers, service updates). This consent is always distinct and never a condition for receiving the discount code, and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to tintorialavanderiaglemsec@gmail.com or via the unsubscribe link included in every promotional communication. Outside of this case, we do not use the data collected for automated marketing, profiling or sale to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the explicit consent provided by the user when submitting the form or requesting the discount code (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for the subsequent phase, on the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Any promotional communications are based on specific and separate consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), optional and revocable at any time.

5. Data recipients

Data sent through the contact form is processed via the third-party service Web3Forms, used exclusively as a technical intermediary to deliver the message to our email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy.

The email address collected through the "Welcome offer" popup is processed via the third-party service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), used to send the discount code and, only with explicit consent, to send promotional communications. Brevo acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy.

The site also uses Google Maps to display the map and Google Places API to show the average review score: these services are provided by Google LLC under its privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than the legal terms for commercial and tax communications. The email address provided for the discount code is kept until consent is withdrawn; where marketing consent has been given, the email is kept until unsubscription or withdrawal of consent.

7. Data subject rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time, under articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

• Access to your personal data

• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Objection to processing
• Withdrawal of consent at any time
